This site shares the story and work of Hands at the Furthest Reach, an independent charity project. Content here — text, photos, and videos — belongs to Hands at the Furthest Reach; you're welcome to share it to spread the mission, with credit.

Donations are processed by GoFundMe under GoFundMe's terms. Hands at the Furthest Reach is not a registered nonprofit organization, and donations are not tax-deductible.

HFR Charity Publisher (TikTok integration)

HFR Charity Publisher ("the App") is the publishing integration for Hands at the Furthest Reach, a charitable project documenting direct aid — food, clean water, shelter, and supplies — delivered to children, families, and people in remote communities.

What the App does

The App posts videos prepared by the charity team to the charity's official TikTok account (@handsatthefurthestreach) through TikTok's Content Posting API, so supporters can see where donations go. It is operated solely by the charity team for the charity's public account.

Acceptable use

  • The App may only be used by members of the Hands at the Furthest Reach team authorized by the project's organizer.
  • Content published through the App must be the charity's own original aid-documentation material and must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Access credentials for the App must not be shared with anyone outside the charity team.

Intellectual property

All videos and materials published through the App remain the property of Hands at the Furthest Reach. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights.

No warranties

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of TikTok's API or of the publishing function.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hands at the Furthest Reach is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
